Q: When and where will GOCarbonFibre be held?

A: GOCarbonFibre 2017 will take place in Munich, Germany from 10-12 October 2017 at the Eurostars Grand Central Hotel. You can find out more about the venue here.

Q: How do I register to attend GOCarbonFibre 2017?

A: You can register online here or contact Jo Collis for an offline booking form if you're not able to register online.

Q: What if I missed the 2016 conference and want to see what was presented?

A: You can purchase the event proceedings for €400. The event proceedings include all available presentations from GOCarbonFibre 2016. Just contact Jo Collis for more information.

Q: What is included with my ticket?

A: Your ticket will give you access to all presentations and networking sessions across the two day event, lunch and coffee (where indicated on the programme), and a free place at the evening networking social.
You will receive access to the event app 3 weeks before the conference begins.
Post-event you will receive a link that gives you access to all proceedings and presentations.

Q: Is my accommodation and travel included in the ticket?

A: No. All speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and delegates are required to organise their own accommodation and travel for the two day event. 

Q: What is the dress code?

A: Business-casual wear is most appropriate.

Q: I need a visa, how do I obtain one for this event?

A: Please contact Event Manager Jo Collis who can provide you with a visa letter to attend the conference. Please note, you must have booked and paid for your ticket before we will be able to provide you with a visa letter.

Q: I would like to speak at the conference, who should I contact?

A: The call for papers for the 2017 conference is now closed. Should you have any questions or are interested in speaking in 2018, please contact the conference producer Anna Augousti.

Q: Who can I speak to if I have any problems or queries about the conference?

A: Any questions, venue enquiries, booking problems, or urgent matters to be dealt with, contact Event Manager Jo Collis.
