How to book your accommodation

Delegates are responsible for organising their own travel and accommodation. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for conference delegates wishing to stay at the Hotel Monaco Seattle at a special rate of $170 for single and double, $185 for triple and $200 for quadruple. To take advantage of this special rate, delegates must reserve their room no later than 13 September 2011. Wherever possible, accommodation should be reserved early as rooms cannot be guaranteed and rates are subject to change after this date.

Please note guests will only be able to use this link for reservations booked during the contracted reserved room dates of October 3 - 6, 2011. Any reservations, including shoulder dates will need to be made through our VIP Reservations Department at 206-516-5097 or our central reservations at 1-800-Kimpton. Please also note that the shoulder dates of Sept. 30th - Oct. 2 & Oct. 7-10th will be available at the group discounted rates as long as rooms are available.
