Delegates are responsible for organising their own travel and accommodation. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for conference delegates wishing to stay at the Gastwerk Hotel Hamburg at a special rate of €153.21 per night for single occupancy (between the dates of 29th May-31st May). Breakfast is charged at an extra cost of €22.00 per person per day. These costs include VAT.
How to book:
To take advantage of this special rate, delegates must reserve their room no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival (31st March 2022). Wherever possible, accommodation should be reserved early as rooms cannot be guaranteed and rates are subject to change after this date.
